Gaming Support was founded in May 2000 by Lucien van Linden, who is still our CEO. Through buying another company, we became the provider of outsourced support gaming services to Holland Casino. Using this as a foundation, we have steadily grown into a diversified ISO 9001:2008 certified company. Over the years, we have expanded our product and service offerings from being solely focused on The Netherlands to having products placed inside casinos and gambling halls on six of the world’s seven continents.

With tens of thousands of devices under management, Gaming Support’s world-class service organisation possesses the training, experience and infrastructure needed to launch your operation and keep it running smoothly. Casino services delivered by Gaming Support are based on our decades of experience installing, maintaining and refurbishing all 14 of the casinos operated by Holland Casino; this means that every day of the year we look after 7,000 or so gaming machines, almost 500 live tables, and all the peripheral equipment essential to operate these machines and tables inside all 14 casinos operated by Holland Casino. Almost all of our technical employees work inside each Holland Casino. This gives us knowledge of what helps a casino improve its floor performance which is passed on to our Engineering team so we develop products that help grow gaming revenues and/or reduce operating costs and improve your floor performance.

Gaming Support designs and manufactures innovative products and technology solutions for the global gaming industry. Our product line includes the Bonus Box slot bonusing product, bonusing systems, and the gaming industry’s leading media system specifically developed to broadcast the excitement and joy of players winning. Our products also include the world’s first slim line range of lightweight gaming signs, standard casino signs, and LED displays. We really understand the issues that casinos face and have to overcome every day.
